Sisbro Innovation was started in December 2015 by two business-inspired family members, mentored by the finest in the business… Well, we think so.
We decided to build a well-founded and reputable SEO business after hearing countless stories from friends and business owners regarding scams and being ripped off by companies that don’t deliver.
Compared to many companies who invest their efforts in selling you, those who over promise and under deliver. We don’t promise to deliver; we guarantee to deliver. We invest our efforts in building a well-designed website with well-written, relevant content. All this takes time, diligence, patience, and care to accomplish. Content needs to be fresh, and the website needs to be SEO strong; these are among some of the concerns we undertake on your behalf.
We are an upfront to the point company, much like my mechanic. He would never try to up-sell us; he always gives us just what we need, no more, no less, and his prices are fair. We operate with a high integrity and work ethic that is mandatory for success. Here at Sisbro Innovation, we take our customer’s business very seriously; we don’t just build websites and rank websites; we develop friendships and family relationships with our customers. Kathryn, the Sis in Sisbro, would always say to my brother, Hey Bro; our mom would be proud of us, this may not be Tupperware, but she knew what she was doing when she dragged us to all those Tupperware parties. lol She was always happy working for herself and helping other people get organized through the use of Tupperware. Mom helped us to understand the importance of working for ourselves.
Kathryn and her Brother Daniel have worked from a place that allows them to understand the business owner. As a business owner, one always tries to build their business and get their products or services in front of as many people as possible without breaking the bank. So, we ensure that our clients understand their online marketing and feel comfortable knowing they are receiving top-quality work from a company that cares while staying within their budget.
The Sis in Sisbro is a foster child, but her Foster mom never made her feel like a foster child; she was just one of her kids. Kathryn’s Mother was dedicated to building a family that included all the foster children and the kids from the neighborhood. Mom instilled in all her children; A family does not require that two people share the same blood; a family is about those we care about and help grow and encourage by giving a lot of unconditional love. Sisbro Innovation’s values will always be focused on Family, and we want to see our Family continue growing through the businesses we touch. Our clients are our Sisters and Brothers hence the name Sisbro Innovation.
Kathryn “Kim” Ramos was born in Brooklyn, NY, to Puerto Rican parents. Her parents struggled to raise her, leading them to choose to place her in foster care. Her foster parents were also Puerto Rican and raised her in a typical Puerto Rican environment with her five foster siblings.
At 10 1/2 years of age, Kathryn went to live with her biological Mother and sister in California. Her biological Mother decided to relocate to Puerto Rico so Kathryn could be closer to her birth father and his Family. Kathryn attended school in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico. While this was much of a culture shock, Kathryn soon adapted and learned the language. She created lifelong friendships that Kathryn considers Family.
Fast forward, Kathryn gave birth to her beautiful daughter Tiffani in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, who later gave Kathryn the joy of her heart, her Grandson Domiyanno. After giving birth, Kathryn headed back to the mainland to raise her daughter and to be closer to her siblings. Kathryn now calls Northern California home. The importance of creating a peaceful space was a priority for Kathryn, and she found her happiness in California.
Kathryn’s hobbies include collecting seashells, cooking, walking and meeting new people, and helping those in need. Her two priorities in life are God and her Family. Her daily focus is her health, living a stress-free life, and walking in gratitude.
Kathryn became involved with the Puerto Rican Civic Club, a non-profit, in San Jose, CA, in 1997 after attending countless scholarship fundraising events. Kathryn soon discovered her love for volunteering and has held many positions on the board; Secretary, MC, Editor, and Delegate, as well as Vice President. She is currently the Vice president and Webmaster for Puerto Rican Civic Club.
Kathryn and Club President Maria Acevedo have focused on relief efforts since 2017 after Hurricane Maria and Hurricane Fiona destroyed their beautiful Island of Puerto Rico. The two ladies are also working on creating an after-school tutoring program for underprivileged children within their community through the Puerto Rican Civic Club.
With the New Year upon us, Kathryn is looking forward to an abundant 2023 while she continues to work hard and build long-lasting healthy relationships through her Online Marketing company and her non-profit work. Life is good; how can it get better than this, Kathryn wonders? She is open to all the blessings and possibilities the future offers.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Taking on and helping companies grow online can be challenging—the internet changes daily. There is always a new system to learn or ever-changing online policies and procedures that we must stay on top of to ensure we always deliver quality work.
Thank God we all love what we do; our teams become excited about learning a new system to help us do our job better and deliver tools and services that support our client’s needs.
We’ve been impressed with Sisbro Innovation, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Sisbro Innovation is an online marketing agency that helps local businesses with their online reputation through website design, Search engine Optimization, Social Media Posting, Marketing Ads, and promo videos. In 2020 due to the pandemic, we added to our menu of services by creating Sisbro Marketplace, Call Center, and Customer Outreach Solution. This bilingual call center offers to answer services and virtual assistance for small to medium size businesses.
Our services are known for being personal. No two customers are alike; we develop an online action plan according to our client’s needs and budgets. We want our clients to feel that we always have their best interest at heart and take pride in managing their online needs.
We are entering our eighth year in business, and we continue to learn and grow to ensure that we are on top of internet trends. With so many business closing during the pandemic, we are proud that we have been able to keep our doors open with a lot of hard work, sweat, tears, and growing pains and continue to give our clients the same excellent services that they have come to appreciate.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
During this journey, we have learned operating and owning an online business takes hard work, dedication, drive, and consistency. You have to be willing to be trainable and open to new ideas. It is not always easy; it can be challenging at times; sometimes, we have to work long hours to meet deadlines. But it is worth seeing our clients happy and receiving the results we planned together.
