The CEO of Kaylee’sKraftandCo. Kaylee J. is a full-time educator. In her spare time, she enjoys makeup. Makeup is her escape and therapy from the real world. She has always dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur and wanted to create a line that allowed any and everyone to feel beautiful, confident, and bold! She vows to be patient, understanding and provide top-tier customer service! This line was created out of the pure love for makeup and skin care as well as the hustle of running an effective business
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I’ve just relocated from Arkansas so the road hasn’t been as easy as I thought. Atlanta is full of talented makeup artists so now I am currently working on finding my audience and building clientele. The road isn’t easy but it’s worth it! Every day I’m seeing progress and growth.
As you know, we’re big fans of Kaylees Kraft and Co Cosmetics. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I am a makeup artist that specializes in soft glams. I love doing big parties and catering to weddings. What sets me apart from other artists would have to be my commutation with clients and professionalism. I’m most proud of just starting my business from ground up. A lot of people are wanting to become entrepreneurs but don’t know exactly where to start. I’m super proud of myself for taking that risk and staying consistent. I meant readers to know that I’m accepting clientele and if they are bookings services they will receive a luxury experience.
What matters most to you?
What matters the most to me would have to be my clients. I want everyone that sits in my chair to feel beautiful than ever leaving.
