Inspiring Conversations with Kelly Osment of The Kingdom Collective Inc.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kelly Osment

Hi Kelly, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
It started as a design and lifestyle blog in 2018. By 2022, we had three distinct companies. My husband and I now work full-time for ourselves. As of today, I have five companies, one of which is a ministry!

Our companies are tied together by bringing our clients purpose, inspiration, and peace. Whether through improvements, designed spaces, short-term rentals, consulting leaders so they can gain more capaicty, resources for ambitious women, or resources for those who’ve undergone trauma or abuse, it is our joy to serve our community.

Our team of 15 consists primarily of volunteers and contractors. I was made to be multi-passionate and operate with efficient systems that enable us to thrive.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
With five companies currently, there is never a dull moment! Though building and developing companies is not for the faint of heart – I feel like I was made for this, so even if we have an “interesting” season, a testimony always prevails!

From working with my spouse to start-up costs, I consistently try to do exactly what I’m supposed to do each day to serve my season well.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
The Kingdom Collective currently consists of five brands. Kelly Osment Designs, The Haven Rentals, The Inspired Belles, Hives and Honeycombs, and The Kingdom Home Connections Inc.

Through each service or resource we offer, we provide solutions that bring our clients purpose, inspiration, and peace. We love to collaborate and build relationships within our community and beyond. Serving people well is our absolute joy and passion.

From interiors, repairs, and custom installations to short-term rentals, growing capacity, clarity, and purpose, and offering local honey, we’ve got you covered!

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
