Inspiring Conversations with Kevin Almond of Core Vision Network

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevin Almond.

Hi Kevin, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started my journey with a passion for creativity and business. Early on, I was drawn to music, branding, and entrepreneurship, which eventually led me to build my own management company, Core Vision Management. From there, I expanded into multiple ventures — including a modeling agency (Glamour Society), a music distribution and media platform, and even a financial education arm that helps people build long-term stability.

My path hasn’t been easy — I’ve faced financial struggles and personal hardships along the way — but those experiences shaped my resilience and vision. Today, I’m focused on creating opportunities for artists, models, and creators to grow professionally and financially under the Core Vision Network, a collective designed to empower talent and bring structure to the entertainment industry.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. The journey has had a lot of ups and downs.

There were times when I struggled financially, faced housing instability, and had to rebuild from scratch while still trying to push my business ideas forward. I didn’t have access to big investors or a major support system, so most of what I built came from pure determination, creativity, and consistency.

At times, managing multiple projects — from artist development to modeling and financial education — felt overwhelming, especially when I didn’t have the full team or resources I needed. But every setback taught me something valuable: how to be resourceful, how to network, and how to turn challenges into strategy.

Those hard moments built my foundation. They gave me perspective, discipline, and the drive to keep going even when the circumstances didn’t look promising.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
My business is called Core Vision Network — a growing entertainment and lifestyle network built to empower creators, models, artists, and entrepreneurs through opportunity, structure, and collaboration.

Under the Core Vision Network umbrella, we operate several divisions:
• Glamour Society – a modeling agency that connects models with bookings for music videos, events, and brand campaigns while also providing real financial and personal development benefits.
• Core Vision Distro – a music distribution and artist development platform designed to help independent artists grow their brand, release music professionally, and monetize their craft.
• Core Vision Connect – a media and marketing outlet that promotes talent, businesses, and entertainment content through blogs, features, and social promotion.

What truly sets us apart is that we’re not just a management company — we’re building a complete ecosystem that blends entertainment, business education, and technology. We’re developing a cryptocurrency and blockchain-based system that rewards creativity, connects our divisions, and helps talent earn more from their work.

I’m most proud that Core Vision Network was built from the ground up — with no major investors, just vision, persistence, and community. We’re proving that you can build something powerful by focusing on people first — giving them real tools, resources, and a platform to grow.

Ultimately, I want readers to know that Core Vision Network is about empowerment — helping others rise from the bottom, turn passion into income, and build long-term success in an industry that often overlooks independent talent.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happy is seeing growth — both in myself and in the people I help. There’s something powerful about watching someone go from uncertain or overlooked to confident, successful, and living their purpose. That transformation, whether it’s an artist landing their first deal, a model getting booked, or a young entrepreneur learning financial independence through “Kevin Almond Academy” and, reminds me why I started Core Vision Network in the first place.

I also find happiness in creating and building things from scratch — turning ideas into something real that impacts lives. Every milestone, no matter how small, feels meaningful because it represents progress after a lot of hard work and faith.

At the end of the day, what truly keeps me going is knowing that what I’m building helps others believe in themselves, especially those who come from humble beginnings like I did. That sense of purpose and impact is what brings me the most joy.
