Today we’d like to introduce you to Kyndra Tate.
Hi Kyndra, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey involves a few pivots to where I am now. I started my career out of college in Social Services and after a few years, I felt unstable. I felt like I needed a major change. After taking a few opportunities, I realized that I was good at being a creative. Now I am employed as a Social Media Coordinator for my job and I have a business where I serve entrepreneurs looking to kickstart their marketing!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a few bumps in the road. Some challenges I faced had a lot to do with figuring out what I wanted to present to the world. I had a mindset that I should try and offer everything, but I can’t. So now I am narrowing down what brings me joy and what people benefit most from.
We’ve been impressed with Capture and Caption Media, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Capture and Caption is a creative marketing agency that offers photography, social media management, content writing, and content creation. We specialize in bold creative materials and ideas that tell a story. Our connection to people and the authenticity of their lives sets us apart because we truly care to know all the moving parts of one’s life an how it pertains to the project. We are most proud of our value to creating things that have legacy.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
It’s very simple. After you start doing it, just keep building on that. Taking one step at a time rings true for anything you want to do.
