Hi Larry, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I graduated from undergrad in 2022 from Xavier University of Louisiana. Following that, I headed to the NYC area to do a Master’s program in hopes of becoming a doctor. I quickly found that this wasn’t for me, and I made my way to Georgia State to pursue my Master’s of Public Health while also being an apartment locator. My experiences in NYC taught me what I liked and didn’t like and propelled me into pursuing all levels of passion in Atlanta.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has absolutely not! One of the biggest challenges has just been trial and error. I think this is apart of life though. As I progressed and found what I liked and didn’t like, these setbacks provided valuable insights into how I can proceed through life.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am an apartment locator serving the metro Atlanta area by the name of LuxedByLDoubleM. As an apartment locator, I provide free services to those moving to the Atlanta area and relocating within Atlanta. I specialize in luxury properties including mid-rises, high-rises, and townhomes.
I’m most known for the connections I make with my clients. I’m very big on making my clients have the best experience possible. We’re not just locating an apartment but locating a lifestyle. Being able to connect with my clients allows me to understand their why for moving and the role these services play in their lives.
I’m most proud of being one of the youngest locators in Atlanta and being successful while also being a full time student. My brand identity sets me apart from other locators.
