At Manny Sazon, we’re more than a food truck. We’re a family owned and operated business built on passion, culture, and connection. Every dish we serve carries the flavors of our Colombian roots, but just as important, it carries our heart.
From day one, our mission has been simple, bring people together. Food is our love language, and through it, we’ve created a space where strangers become friends, and friends become family. We’re proud to be cultivating a community where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and a part of something bigger.
This isn’t just about serving meals. It’s about sharing our story, celebrating our culture, and leaving a legacy one plate at a time.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. We’ve faced several challenges along the way, including navigating COVID-related disruptions, securing permits, unpredictable weather, and finding our niche locations. Despite these obstacles, we’ve been able to push through together with the continued support of our community.
