Fairway Social began as an idea: to create an amazing destination where family and friends – of all ages and skill levels – could come together for fun and shared experiences. Through thoughtful design, Fairway Social includes a multitude of things to do. Share a chef-inspired meal in our full-service restaurant; play competitive games on world-class simulators; enjoy our rooftop patio with music and huge-screen tv, or try out our amazing putting course and back porch rocking chairs. Whatever your speed, Fairway Social has something for you.
Our Founder, Neal Freeman, is all about family – friend families, work families, multiple generations of families. His vision of bringing these people together to create lasting memories brought Fairway Social into being. Neal’s hope is that you will enjoy and remember the time you spend with us.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
By opening the first two CSV venues, Fairway Social – Alpharetta in May 2021 and Roaring Social – Alpharetta in September 2021, in the midst of a pandemic, CSV as a company was bound to come across some obstacles.
With that, CSV has not only overcome any obstacles it has faced but has also overachieved and exceeded expectations set as a company and by our individual brands. Through these achievements, CSV has the opportunity for expansional growth that would allow for guests to come together to create lasting memories nationwide.

Competitive Social Ventures (“CSV”) is a real estate holding company for competitive socializing entertainment concepts. Venues that opened in 2021 include: Fairway Social and Roaring Social. In 2023, Pickle & Social will be opening in the Metro-Atlanta area. CSV venues are unique, innovative, high-quality, full-service destinations with strong experiential differentiation from competitors.
CSV was founded with a vision to create competitive social entertainment brands and supercharge their long-term growth. In an industry positioned for expansion, our partners saw an opportunity to build a company unlike any other, with a family of distinct but complementary brands encouraging play. The uniquely themed entertainment venues are centered around competitive sports experiences, premium food and beverage offerings, and live entertainment. Currently, CSV has two distinct venue brands that are open and operating, Fairway Social and Roaring Social, with a third brand Pickle & Social coming in 2023.
One of our brands, Fairway Social was awarded “Best of 2021 – Best Family Fun” by Best Self Atlanta magazine. Our other open and operating venue, Roaring Social was placed in the “15 New Spots for Sipping Cocktails in Atlanta” by the “Eater Atlanta” publication.
