Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Bennett.
Hi Nicole, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
At a very young age, my mother & I used to drive around Atlanta just to look at some of the Most Luxurious Estates. It was at that moment I decided I wanted to be in Real Estate. I was amazed by the different structures a home can be designed. This career has been embedded in me ever since. So now let me tell you a little about myself. My husband and I have been married for ten years. I have a total of four kids that I birth. My oldest passed away eight years ago. He would be 22 years old this year in August. Together my husband and I have three beautiful kids that’s unique in their own way. It was two years after my oldest passed away. I went to school to become a Real Estate agent to pursue my career. My life changed drastically and I needed to work in the field God aligned me in. I received my license in PA and Relocated to the state of Georgia. Once my license became active in Georgia, I knew I wanted to become a Fulltime Realtor. The feeling I get once 1 of my clients close on their home is such an amazing feeling! Being a Realtor is not easy but when your passionate and love what you do is definitely a wonderful feeling! This career is definitely a challenging career but I love a challenge!! I’ve been a Realtor going on seven years and I’m currently licensed for the state of GA/PA. Being a Realtor is a Career that I’m truly passionate about. I consider myself being specialized in working with Buyer’s & Seller’s in the Residential Market. I’m currently a part of the Atlanta Board of Realtors & Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist® (CLHMS).
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Today’s market have definitely been a challenge! Almost every Resale property that’s listed my clients experiences a bidding war. It becomes an emotional experience for them. Also now with rates going up and home prices going up, it’s making it hard for some people to even qualify for a decent home.
