Inspiring Conversations with Noel Warner of Day and Night Exotic Cereal Bar Baltimore

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
It all began with the passing of my late wife Paris Warner. Everything was perfect up until June 15 2022. when she was 6 months pregnant with our 6th daughter named Brazil she had passed away from preeclampsia so suddenly and it left my whole world upside down. I was so lost as to how I would figure moving forward taking care of all 6 of our beautiful daughters. London who is 14 England 9 Europe 7 Egypt 5 Berlin 4 and Brazil 3. A year later I took the kids to Clarksburg premium outlets to do a little shopping and came across an very interesting story. named DAY AND NIGHT CEREAL BAR. So I then took the entire family inside of the store and we all ventured off and had an amazing experience with our own desired cereal entrees. me and my business partner began to politic about the future and both wanted to become franchise owners so we moved forward and opened up a store in Springfield shopping center mall. we then begun to go through our first 2 years of business and I then thought about taking it a step further and creating my own brand in Cereal being the first to have my own city cereal healthy enough for everyone to eat an good enough to enjoy. meanwhile we would think to expand or relocate to Baltimore and continue to grow as we experienced professionalism. leading us to having an grand opening this DEC 20th 2025.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No it hasn’t been a smooth road. I learned what not to do and who not to trust. I spent excessive amounts of money on overhead and inventory, hiring family and friends was one of the worst mistakes I could’ve made. Me thinking everyone is happy for me. I realized helping everybody out was null and void, and that I was goin to receive the same love and energy. Me being a widower has made life extremely difficult taking care of 6 girls by myself has been one of the greatest challenges I have ever faced. Trying to figure out how to balance fatherhood and business has been more than enough to have me busy 24/7.

Day and Night Exotic Cereal Bar is an amazing franchise. It was founded by a young Black man named Karmon Dupree who created a Nostalgic dessert haven that reminds me of my very own childhood. We specialize in the best cereal milkshakes, exotic cereal bowls, cereal donuts, cereal waffles and cereal cupcakes. I am proud of my artistic and creative ability to brand the cereal bar. I love the way that I see the beauty in things that no one pays attention to, and bring it to life. I want readers to know that Day and Night Exotic Cereal Bar will be opened to the public by Christmas and I am so excited!

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The characteristics that I feel most important to my success are my strong listening ability, staying humble, paying it forward, showing humility and paying attention detail.
