Today we’d like to introduce you to Noelle Lucas.
Hi Noelle, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m a proud Atlanta native and the founder of Vibeology, a growing marketing agency rooted in culture, creativity, and community. With over five years of experience in social media and marketing, I’ve had the opportunity to work with incredible companies and campaigns that have shaped my journey as both a creative and a strategist. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit. From running a candle business in 2019 to now leading one of Atlanta’s top emerging influencer marketing agencies. Vibeology began as a social media marketing agency, but after my experience serving as Deputy Director of Influencer Marketing for the Harris-Walz Campaign, I realized where my true passion lies: in building meaningful relationships between brands and people. That insight led to our agency’s pivot toward influencer strategy and talent partnerships, and it’s been the best decision yet.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
As an entrepreneur, I think we all know the road is never smooth. From to growing the business, to learning to implement processes and systems, to difficult clients the road can be bumpy sometimes. I have learned to thrive in the chaos and take each day as an opportunity to improve and learn. Although our struggles are far from over, I am greatful that I have learned the power of the pivot. This is key to making it.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Vibeology Co. is a modern boutique marketing firm based in Atlanta, GA, proudly female and Black-owned. We specialize in influencer marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution for direct-to-consumer brands in the food, fashion, beauty, and beverage industries.
At Vibeology, we’re known for turning culture into strategy. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all marketing. Our approach is deeply personalized, data-driven, and rooted in authentic storytelling that connects brands with their audience in a meaningful way. Whether we’re sourcing the perfect influencer partners, managing a high-impact brand campaign, or crafting a standout event concept, we bring big-agency strategy with boutique-level creativity and care.
What sets us apart is our ability to work across multiple verticals while still delivering niche, hyper-targeted campaigns that feel fresh and culturally relevant. Our clients trust us to create bold, buzzworthy moments that feel elevated but never out of touch.
We’re most proud of our ability to help brands tap into community. From launching college ambassador programs to leading influencer campaigns that go viral, we create ecosystems, not just ads.
We want your readers to know that Vibeology isn’t just a marketing agency. We’re creative partners, cultural connectors, and brand builders. Whether you’re a startup trying to make your mark or an established brand looking to stay ahead of the curve, we offer services in influencer marketing, campaign development, social strategy, content production, and experiential marketing, all designed to help your brand thrive.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
I wouldn’t have called myself a risk-taker before 2020. I’ve always been a planner, someone who loved structure, deadlines, and knowing what the next six months looked like. But leaving a steady, high-impact role on the Harris-Walz Campaign to pursue Vibeology Co. full-time was one of the biggest and most necessary risks I’ve ever taken.
It wasn’t just about starting a business. It was about betting on myself, my voice, and the vision I had for what modern, culturally fluent marketing could look like. I knew there was a gap in the market for agencies that understood the nuances of community-driven storytelling and influencer strategy, especially from someone who looked like me and had my lived experience. But that didn’t make the decision easy.
There were moments of doubt, of course. There still are. But I’ve come to see risk as an invitation. It’s a chance to step into your purpose and build something that doesn’t exist yet. And honestly, what felt like a risk at first now feels like alignment. I wake up excited to build something of my own every day, and I get to help brands show up in ways that are fresh, thoughtful, and culturally grounded.
So no, I don’t take risks for the thrill, but I do take them for the growth. And every time I have, it’s taken me one step closer to the work I was meant to be doing.
