Today we’d like to introduce you to Odidi Odidi.

Hi Odidi, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey in the Atlanta Market began with the Juicy Crab in April of 2021 as Regional Director of Operations, where I was responsible for overseeing multi-unit operations and driving operational efficiencies across multiple locations. In February 2022, I co-founded Fresh One Kitchen and currently serves as Concept Lead. with a strong background in restaurant operations, team leadership, and process standardization, and play a key role in establishing scalable systems and delivering consistent guest experiences across the Fresh One Kitchen brand.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I was the quite one that did not seek attention. The hospitality indutry changed that, I had to learn new habits knowing that my most important job is to make my team and guest happy.
