Today we’d like to introduce you to Shaun Nichel.
Shaun, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My skin has always been sensitive to a lot of products on the market and it would cause some irritation. I researched for the best ingredients for 2-3 years to see what combination would work best for me. That is when I started making my own scrubs and lotion to see if I could clear my skin and have less irritation. In 2020, I finally had a list of ingredients that I could test out and that is when Shaun Nichel Essentials (SNE) was born.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth journey by far. You learn a lot as you go. You can do as much research as you can but there will always be a curveball thrown at some point in your journey. From losing money, building trusting relationships with consumers, to consistently tweaking your products as you continually learn more and more in your field. It has not been an easy road but definitely worth the ride!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My brand is built off everything that I find essential in my day to day (Planners, lotion, body scrub (seasonal), lip gloss, lashes, etc.). I want to be the go-to brand for self-care! We use all-natural ingredients to give you glowing smooth skin. One order and I am sure you will be hooked. From the product quality to the customer service, you can’t beat it!
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I would define success as waking up and enjoying what I do and where I am every day!
