Today we’d like to introduce you to Tim Stout.
Hi Tim, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I moved to GA to pursue my professional fighting and once I retired, I wanted to use the discipline and work ethic I learned through fighting to make a career. At that time, I wanted to get in sales bc I didn’t want a ceiling on my earning potential so if I was going to sell for a living, I wanted to see the most expensive thing I could and what’s more expensive than a house. once I got in, I realized I had a back for it and loved helping people, around five years in, my true passion came out and it was helping agents succeed so that’s what I focus my time with now.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Very difficult because of my fighting background bc let’s face it that’s not. selling proposition being 6 ft, 200 lbs athletic built, bald-headed and tattoos was also a hindrance.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Down and operate the Tim Stout Group a real estate team, I’ve seen and lived through the struggles of learning and mastering real estate and I take pride in the system I have built to get agents from new to success in a relatively quick time frame.
Any big plans?
I will be partnering on a bigger brokerage model built for the sole purpose of fixing the problems that realtors have.; such as administration help, training, on coaching calls, leads and mentorship.
