Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Nielsen and Tiffany Wilkes.

Hi Victoria and Tiffany, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
We’re two mamas who just want to make other mamas feel f*cking good and remember the power they hold. Becoming mamas awakened our (third) eyes to the necessity of listening to our intuition, having a meditation practice, and taking time to give love back to the queen within.

Giving birth is such a portal to the other side, and it opens a connection to something so much larger than ourselves. Finding out who you are after such a monumental (and vulnerable) moment isn’t something you should have to do alone. We’ve been there. It sent us on such a path of inner-discovery, and we want to share some of the tools, mystical methods, and practical rituals we’ve learned to follow our own inner truth and flow with the universe.

We’re cultivating a community of loving, beautiful, energetic beings who show up to life perfectly imperfect. If you want to be a beacon of light for your family, community, and neighborhood, we’ll help you rise to the occasion.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Both of us have faced miscarriages, loss, immense life shifts, and more, and each experience we’ve grown from individually has helped fuel the business. As we grow, evolve, and change, so does Spirit Mamas. Having a community to be open and vulnerable with shows other mamas (and women!) that they aren’t alone in whatever they’re growing through. Tiffany longed for a spiritual community when she was going through her awakening, and Victoria struggled with trusting other women after being bullied growing up. Now, we’re holding space and building the community we wish we had. There’s more than enough room at the table for everyone, and each of our ceremonial circles and retreats fosters a sense of sisterhood that’s shifted how we — and our participants — view the power of women when we come together. We’re truly unstoppable!

And because the world was on lockdown for the nearly two years we’ve been in business, it’s actually expanded who we serve and how we’re able to serve them. We were able to think beyond just the Atlanta Metro area and now work with women from across the globe – Sweden, New Zealand, and of course, here in Atlanta, too.

We’re an online community for spiritually curious mamas who want to raise their consciousness and energy, crave cosmic connection, and learn to trust themselves on their mom journeys.

Victoria is an Akashic Records reader, certified breathwork & inner voice facilitator, and intuitive energy healer.

Tiffany is a Reiki Master, certified sound healer, and spiritual coach.

We’re here to provide unwavering spiritual and emotional support, so mamas can bloom into that next version of themselves fuller, brighter, and better than they ever thought possible. We use the power of ceremonial circles, 1:1 intuitive work, rituals, and a little bit of magic to help mamas activate their intuition and empower themselves.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Just take the leap! It can be scary to lean fully into trusting the universe, but once you do, you’ll find you’ve always been supported. You’ve always been guided, and when you finally lean into that instead of running from it, the world is truly your oyster. What if you shifted your mindset to believe that you 100% couldn’t fail (because you honestly can’t). How would you move differently in the world?
