Today we’d like to introduce you to Vlada Romanowicz.
Vlada, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I began Esthetician career a little over 10 years ago. Skincare had always been a passion of mine—I was the go-to person among my friends and family for beauty tips, and I’ve always loved the confidence that comes with feeling good in your own skin. Eventually, I decided to turn that passion into a profession and enrolled in Esthetics school. After graduating, I began working in Miami, where I was exposed to a fast-paced, high-standard beauty scene. That experience really helped me sharpen my skills and understand the deeper needs of different skin types. Over time, I’ve developed my own approach that blends clinical knowledge with personalized, hands-on care. Now that I’m based in Alpharetta, I’m focused on offering that same elevated experience in a more intimate, one-on-one setting.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t always been a smooth road, but I think that’s what’s made the journey so meaningful. In the beginning, right after graduating, I had to prove myself in a competitive industry. Working in Miami was fast-paced, and while I gained a lot of experience, there were moments where I felt overwhelmed trying to keep up and stand out. Like many in this field, I started from the bottom—working long hours, building trust with clients one appointment at a time, and constantly investing in education to stay ahead.
Then, moving to Georgia was another challenge. I had to start over, build a new clientele, and establish my name in a totally different market. But those struggles taught me patience, persistence, and the value of personalized care. Every hurdle has helped shape me into the Esthetician I am today—and I’m still growing.
We’ve been impressed with Skincare by Vlada, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is all about results-driven, personalized skincare in a one-on-one setting. I specialize in customized facials, acne treatments, anti-aging solutions, and glow-boosting treatments tailored to each client’s skin and goals. Every facial I offer includes facial massage and attention to the neck and décolleté, because I believe in a full-experience approach—not just quick fixes.
I also offer advanced treatments like microneedling and chemical peels for clients looking to address specific skin concerns at a deeper level. These services are more intensive and require detailed pre- and post-care, so I take the time to guide each client through the process. My goal is to make sure they not only see real progress in their skin, but also feel confident and empowered throughout their skincare journey.
What sets my skincare studio apart is the intention behind every service. I’m not running a high-volume spa—I work one-on-one with my clients to create real, lasting changes in their skin. I want people to leave feeling refreshed, informed, and confident—not just glowing for the day, but set up for long-term skin health.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the trust I’ve built with my clients. Many have followed me through different cities or referred their friends and family, which to me is the highest compliment. My brand is about care, education, and results—and creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and never rushed.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that consistency and authenticity always win. In this industry, trends come and go, but what truly builds trust and long-term results is showing up with intention—whether that’s being honest with clients about what their skin really needs, or staying committed to my growth behind the scenes. It’s easy to get caught up in comparison or feel pressure to do what everyone else is doing, but staying grounded in my values and my purpose has brought me the most success—and the most fulfillment.
