Inspiring Conversations with Wanda Langley of Seed Faith Realty

Today we’d like to introduce you to Wanda Langley.

Hi Wanda, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always had a passion for three things. Those three things are real estate, coaching and prison ministry. In 1999 I started volunteering in the GA Department of Corrections. My passion for the incarcerated increased and now 22 years later, I have written a book about prison ministry, trained churches on how to develop a prison ministry and more. In 2008, I started my own coaching -company. I provide one-on-one and group sessions on various topics. Now as a licensed realtor, I’m able to implement all three passions. I coach and mentor agents. I teach homeownership and business classes to the general public and inmates.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Everyone experiences challenges in life. No one is exempt. My life struggles included being a single parent, then married, then divorced and a single parent again. In the midst of all of this, I had to keep pressing my way as an entrepreneur who is determined to never give up. I can and will be extremely successful. Our trials always make us stronger (if we let them). They are designed for us to overcome them and then help somebody else.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My business is a faith-based organization which focuses on combining Faith & Real Estate. We service buyers, sellers and investors. I specialize in mentoring and coaching agents who want to take their business to the next level.

I am set apart from other agents because of my wisdom and firm, no-nonsense personality.

I am proud of the fact that my real estate and coaching clients always make reference to commitment to God. I am also proud of Faith & Real Estate becoming a registered trademark this year.

I’m excited to expand my business in 2022 in reference to community service. I am relaunching my nonprofit organization in an effort to provide more education and resources for the incarcerated as it relates to real estate.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Integrity and discipline is important to be successful. Without integrity, you have to sleep with your eyes open at night. Without discipline, you waste time. Time is money. If I waste time, I risk going to the grave without fulfilling my purpose.
