Inspiring Conversations with Whitney Jones of Sacred Womb Connection

Today we’d like to introduce you to Whitney Jones

Hi Whitney, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I came into this work by following a strong curiosity and desire to learn more about my own body. Like many women, I was not taught fundamental information surrounding my body, womb, menstrual cycle, and sexuality. After taking a course many years ago on female reproductive anatomy, I was shocked at how little I knew about my own body and when I shared this information with my female friends, they also expressed similar feelings. Shortly after that experience, I knew I wanted to be involved in sharing vital information with women about how truly magical their wombs, menstrual cycles, sensuality, and femininity truly are. That’s when Sacred Womb Connection was born with the mission of empowering, healing, and educating women as they uncover the creative power of their wombs, bodies, and femininity.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s been a liberating and empowering journey, however it has come with its challenges. The topics of menstrual cycles, women’s pleasure, and feminine liberation are steeped in stigma and taboo. I’ve had to come up with very creative ways of sharing information while trying to avoid being shut down on all major social media platforms numerous times. It’s also been an interesting challenge to show women why these topics are so important when most of us have been taught to dismiss, hide, or ignore these aspects of our body and femininity within a patriarchal culture. Even with some of the challenges I’ve faced I wouldn’t trade this work for anything. It is truly so meaningful and impactful.

We’ve been impressed with Sacred Womb Connection, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Sacred Womb Connection’s mission is to inspire, encourage, and support women on their journey towards a deeper connection with their most precious creative force, the womb. By diving deep into body literacy, pleasure exploration, and releasing old internalized stories of shame, women can heal and step into their innate power which is grounded in self-love.

I offer many products and services that are all designed to support women in their journey of womb awakening, healing, and self discovery. I offter vulva casting sessions to women within the greater Atlanta area, which is a fantasic way to celebrate and embrace the beauty of vulva diversity. It’s so amazing to create custom vulva art pieces for women and watch them light up when they see the final sculpture and recognize their own beauty and power.
I also coach women in cultivating a healthy, empowered, and self-loving relationship with their womb, body, and entire being. As a Menstrual Health Educator, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, and Certified Nutritional Coach, I am able to support women in a wide range of holistic health modalities including:

Vulva Casting Sessions
Womb Aware Yoga and Meditation
1:1 Womb Connection Guidance
Nutritional and Hormonal Health Guidance
Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) Education
Menstrual Cycle Mentorship
Reiki Womb Awakening and Healing
Women’s Circle Facilitation
Sacred Sexuality Coaching

I also offer products to support women’s healing, pleasure, and empowerment including DIY Vulva Casting Kits, Crystal Yoni Wands and Eggs, Guidebooks, and Yoni Art.

The devotion to women’s womb health, sensual expression, and feminine liberation is what sets Sacred Womb Connection apart. Womb connection is a fundamental building block for women to step assertively into their full feminine expression. It is truly special to be able to offer women tools and support on their journey of self exploration and feminine reclamation.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
All indications point to massive industry growth as more and more women begin to increase their body literacy and release the shame and stigma that has historically been associated with topics like menstruation, pleasure, self-acceptance and advocacy. The industry has already begun to trend towards more feminine liberation as women have more resources than ever to embark on the journey of true self discovery on their own terms.
