Today we’d like to introduce you to Zivon Ais.
Hi Zivon, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey began in 2014 when I moved from Arizona to Atlanta, seeking to be closer to family and access more opportunities. Throughout school, I struggled to identify my true passion, often influenced by external expectations.
In 2020, during my junior year of high school, I ventured into YouTube, initially focusing on gaming videos. As time passed, I transitioned to pranks and story times, with these videos garnering decent traction. However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic marked a significant turning point in my life, leading to a profound spiritual awakening. During that time, I experienced some of the most darkest days and also the brightest days of my life.
As 2020 came to a close, I pivoted to creating blind date videos, which rapidly gained immense popularity, amassing over 100k views. This spurred me to explore public interviews and embark on a journey to find “the one” – a girl to collaborate with on YouTube and achieve the dream life I desired.
Fast forward to my freshman year of college, a time of abundant YouTube opportunities. However, during the first semester, God spoke to me and told me I needed to stop making the videos I was making. Which initially proved challenging, but I eventually stopped and deleted everything. However, after all was said and done, I recognized the need to repair my professional reputation, represent my faith better, and clean up my online image. Whenever you searched my name, the only things that popped up were inappropriate YouTube thumbnails followed by even more inappropriate tiktok videos.
To address this, I invested in a company to remove negative content from my online presence. With a cleaner slate, I seized the opportunity to establish “AIS Cleaning Service.” While it was financially successful, it failed to fulfill me. And at this point was when I hit an almost all-time low. I left school, my business didn’t fulfill me, and I didn’t know what I wanted to do. All I knew was that I wanted to make loads of money, travel the world, wear suits, and be seen as a professional. That’s when the idea of becoming a realtor struck me.
A few months later, I and my girlfriend pursued careers in real estate, successfully passing our exams and forming a team. We launched the “Atlanta Home Guide” YouTube channel, where we create educational and entertaining content about living in Atlanta, showcasing home tours and offering insights about the city. Our mission is to help people make informed decisions about living in or selling homes in Atlanta, in line with our brand name, Atlanta Home Guide.
Whilst establishing this, I was also able to become a county commissioner for Douglas County. I was unanimously voted in to serve a term of three years. It’s what I do outside of real estate to give back to the community. Me and my other fellow commissioners take care of all of the cemeteries in the county. We oversee and preserve them.
Today, the journey is still a work in progress, driven by a vision and a dream that I’m willing to make sacrifices for. Although some days are challenging, we remain steadfast in our pursuit of our goals, unwavering in our commitment to achieving them.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
A lot of obstacles. Most of them being mental barriers but you find a way to break through them.

Discipline and the will to never give up. Those two qualities combined will make me a multi-millionaire before 26.
