Juliana, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I came to Atlanta GA. 15 years ago from Colombia, I studied Marketing and Business Administration at Ga Tech and I specialized in Digital Marketing, since then, I haven’t stopped training and learning. I have always been a disciplined and persevering woman who works to achieve her dreams. For me, it was always clear that my entrepreneurial spirit would lead me to have my own company, through which I could share my essence, my talents, and my knowledge with many people.
Thirteen years ago, I started my professional career in business development, marketing planning, and strategy implementation, working with companies from different industries, including managing a non-profit organization for six years, before founding Flou Marketing Agency.
Almost four years ago, I founded Flou marketing agency, with the purpose of adding value to companies, business owners and entrepreneurs, their clients, and to provide high-quality marketing services and tools.
Thanks to my Hispanic background and my knowledge of the American market acquired through these past years, I have strengthened skills and knowledge that provide great value to our clients and our digital community that contribute to their growth.
Today, we work not only with large companies, but we also offer services and training for small businesses and Hispanic entrepreneurs who want to learn digital marketing and social media to execute their marketing strategies and grow their business.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I really have to say that it has been an incredible, enriching and very rewarding experience! We have had moments that have challenged us to be better, to grow, and to learn from the experiences to improve ourselves every day and give our 100% in everything we do. Challenges are always opportunities for improvement.
My advice for other women who are starting their journey is to believe in your dreams and your potential to achieve it, everything else will come along the way and you will find a way to overcome any challenge, just take the first step.
Discipline, perseverance, and passion for what we do are essential to not give up in difficult times, having very clear WHY we do what we do is the key to staying strong and continuing to work every day to achieve our dreams. Always give your 100% and do with love everything you do, it is the formula to be successful!

What advice would you give to someone at the start of her career?
To believe in her intuition, to always remember what she dreams about, what makes her vibrate and fills her with enthusiasm.
To believe in herself and work with passion and dedication toward her dreams. The most important thing is to love what we do and deliver the best of us every day.
We all have unique gifts to give to the world, that should be our goal, to work on what fills us up to be able to give the best of ourselves to others. No one is you and that is your power.
