Today we’d like to introduce you to Medusa Maxwell.
Medusa, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started transitioning on and off a while back in 2014. I didn’t have the proper resources to start HRT so just like everyone, I started to get my hormones off the black market… I just recently got back on my hormones this is but this time, I have a doctor. I have always wanted and felt like a woman deep inside I feel so you, I’m comfortable wearing guys clothes! I don’t talk to my family at all nor my mom.
Has it been a smooth road?
Nothing in this world is a smooth road! I had struggles within myself all I can say is never give up keep pushing! Nobody got you like yourself.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with your business – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I’m known for vougin, I love to dance also, I’m going to be a great nail technician! But at this moment, I’m a manager at Wendy’s, the very first fast food ever.
Often it feels as if the media, by and large, is only focused on the obstacles faced by women, but we feel it’s important to also look for the opportunities. In your view, are there opportunities that you see that women are particularly well-positioned for?
Now that the world have opened their eyes, there are a lot of opportunities for us, not just for us trans woman but also for the LGBT!
