Life & Work with Anastasia Peck of Atlanta/Sandy Springs

Today we’d like to introduce you to Anastasia Peck.

Hi Anastasia, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My name is Anastasia. I was born in the beautiful and unique city of Kaliningrad, Russia, and at 19, I moved to the U.S. alone and with just $500 in my pocket. I waited tables, scrubbed gym floors, and crashed on friends’ couches—just to get to where I am today..
After moving to Atlanta in 2013 and realizing there was a major gap in the beauty industry, I took a leap of faith and became one of the first to bring high quality eyelash extensions to the city. What started as a passion quickly turned into a thriving business built on precision, artistry, and genuine client relationships.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of welcoming so many incredible women—including Laura Linney, Olivia Munn, Zoë Kravitz, Dania Ramirez, H.E.R.—the list goes on! Helping women feel confident and beautiful has always been my passion, and I’m beyond proud that over decade later I’m still doing what i love ✨

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—and honestly, I don’t think any business owner would say it ever is. One of the biggest challenges has been building and managing an all-women team in a very niche industry. Working with women requires a great deal of patience, empathy, and strong communication, especially when you’re blending creative work with client service. Finding employees who not only deliver high-quality results but are also trustworthy, aligned with the brand, and committed long-term has been a constant challenge. This is such a detail-focused field, and it takes time to train someone who can meet those standards. But every struggle has taught me something, and I’ve grown a lot as a leader because of it

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
What sets Blink & Wink apart is our attention to detail and commitment to quality. All of my employees come from Slavic backgrounds, and I truly believe that shared cultural standards for beauty and precision play a big role in the consistency and level of work we deliver. There’s a certain meticulousness and pride in our craft that clients notice right away. We also source many of our products directly from Europe, which allows us to offer a level of performance and longevity that’s hard to find elsewhere. At the end of the day, our results speak for themselves, and I think our clients really appreciate the authenticity and care behind every service

How do you define success?
Success to me is building something meaningful while having freedom to live life on your own terms and pour into the people you love
