Life & Work with Beth Inglish

Today we’d like to introduce you to Beth Inglish.

Beth Inglish

Hi Beth, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Let me introduce myself—I’m Beth Inglish, a passionate keynote speaker who empowers leaders worldwide to harness the transformative power of creativity for wellness within organizations.

Through my profound mission, I shed light on the untapped potential of creativity, guiding leaders to steer their teams toward collective growth and well-being. My talks resonate with audiences globally, inspiring them to embrace their innate creativity and unlock new avenues for success. My work with Fortune 500 companies such as Salesforce and Bridgestone Americas has created a shift where now they focus even more on creating psychological safety and inclusive workplaces.

But my journey to becoming a sought-after speaker didn’t happen overnight. It’s rooted in resilience and triumph over childhood trauma. Managing my complex PTSD with remarkable strength, I turned adversity into an opportunity for healing, relying on my unwavering spirit and creativity.

As the visionary founder of a thriving artist community, I’ve cultivated an environment where creativity flourishes and collaborations thrive. My leadership fosters support and inspiration among fellow creatives, breaking free from fear and embracing the liberating power of joy.

My artwork has captured national attention from television shows to art installations and even the outside of a city bus. These achievements are not just about the art—they’re about bringing communities together through creativity.

My journey from trauma survivor to artist and empowering speaker embodies the incredible potential of creativity to transform lives and organizations. Through my artistry and leadership, I continue to sow seeds of inspiration, inviting others to discover the joy of creation and healing.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Entrepreneurship has been far from a smooth road for me. It’s been a journey of ups and downs, with many struggles along the way. Most of these struggles stem from my inner obstacles—I often find myself getting in my own way.

To navigate this journey, I’ve had to continuously level up my mindset. Every time I faced a new challenge, whether it was raising my prices or pursuing larger corporate clients, I had to overcome doubts and fears by shifting my perspective.

Even now, despite my growth, I sometimes catch myself reverting to the mindset of the small-town girl I once was, unsure of what lies beyond the familiar. But with each challenge I overcome, I gain a clearer vision of what’s possible in the world.

I hope to always remain open to new opportunities and have the confidence to seize them as they arise. Entrepreneurship is a constant journey of self-discovery, resilience, and adaptability.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Please step into my world of transformation, where fear transmutes into joy. I specialize in unlocking pathways to wellness, drawing from my journey of overcoming childhood trauma and navigating a dysregulated nervous system. As a beacon of hope, I offer individuals and organizations alike a unique perspective.

My approach is distinct, blending neuro-based and somatic practices to redefine problem-solving through creative expression and connection. Through my dynamic methods, I empower others to embrace feeling overthinking, fostering profound shifts in perspective and fulfillment in life.

Proudly, my work has garnered recognition through collaborations with Fortune 500 companies. My ability to ignite change at every level sets me apart, inspiring others to embark on their own journey toward a joy-filled existence.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
I have not visited Atlanta if you can imagine that! I’ve driven and flown through, but I haven’t had the pleasure of exploring the city. I’ve lived in Nashville, TN, for the past 17 years and love the welcoming community here! I love how I see people I know everywhere I go; that makes this little big city feel more like a small town.
