Today we’d like to introduce you to BK Wilkinson.
Hi BK, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started my training company with a simple mission: to give back and pour into the youth who need guidance the most. Growing up, I saw firsthand how many kids didn’t have a father figure or anyone to help them develop—on the field or in life. I wanted to be that positive voice, that mentor, and that consistent support.
What began as a passion for helping young athletes grow has turned into a program built on discipline, confidence, and real development. Every session is about more than training—it’s about teaching life skills, building character, and helping each kid become the best version of themselves.
My goal has always been to impact the next generation, and this company is the platform that allows me to do exactly that.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been smooth just sometimes you have to deal with people who like what you doing at first but when you become really good at what you do they start becoming your rival.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m an personal trainer and help every day people reach their goals and feel good about themselves
So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
There are several ways individuals, teams, and organizations can partner with me and support the mission of developing the next generation of athletes:
1. Training & Development
Athletes can work with me directly through personal training sessions, group training, position-specific DB work, and full performance programs for youth to pros.
2. Team & School Collaborations
Coaches, programs, and schools can bring me in for camps, clinics, workshops, or seasonal training support to develop their athletes through technique, footwork, IQ, and discipline.
3. Sponsorships & Partnerships
Businesses and brands can support the BKU movement through sponsorships for our 7v7 teams, camps, events, and youth initiatives—helping provide resources, uniforms, equipment, and opportunities for kids.
4. Community Support
Anyone who believes in the mission can support by spreading the word, sharing our content, attending events, or donating to help give more youth access to high-level training and mentorship.
5. Speaking & Mentoring
Organizations can book me for speaking engagements, mentorship sessions, and leadership talks focused on mindset, work ethic, and personal growth.
