Hi Brianna, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
The Chef Bri Experience started when covid happened. Covid pushed me to my limits and pushed me to become my own boss. Getting to the point where I am in life right now did not happen overnight. From depression to happiness, the fight has been long, but we are still here.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
This entrepreneur’s life has not always been easy, and it still isn’t to this day. Some struggles along the way happen to be the off-season of when nobody books. By saying the phrase “nobody books”, it means that a lot of people are not traveling as much as they do because of work and the home life.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Here at the Chef Bri Experience, we specialize in being semi-culinary experts. And the reason why I say semi is because there’s always something new to learn, always something new to create when it’s coming from with. We are known for always giving clients an experience with hospitality and bold flavors.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
In the next 5-10 years, I can see the Chef Bri Experience opening some sort of restaurant. Maybe soon in the future, we can let other people buy into a franchise.
