Life & Work with Cassieandre Jones of McDonough, GA

Today we’d like to introduce you to Cassieandre Jones.

Hi Cassieandre, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Well, believe it or not, I got started in the beauty industry completely by accident. My accountant actually pointed out how much money I was spending at the spa—lashes, brows, facials, all of it. She jokingly said I might as well own one. I took that seriously and told her I was going to open a lash and brow spa. She didn’t believe me at all—actually laughed and reminded me I had zero experience in the beauty industry.

And she was right about that part. I didn’t know a thing about lashes, brows, facials, or teeth whitening. But what I did know was how to run a business and make smart investments. So, I took the leap and opened Pink Caviar Lash and Brow Spa. It was a bold move, and a few people definitely doubted me in the beginning. But here we are, seven years later, and my spa is still thriving. I may not be the one holding the tweezers or mixing the tint, but I’ve built a strong brand, a solid team, and a business that keeps growing. That’s how I got started—by turning doubt into drive, and proving that you don’t have to be a beauty expert to run a successful beauty business.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Absolutely not—it’s been anything but smooth. Starting a business in an industry I had no experience in came with a lot of challenges. I had to learn everything from the ground up: how to hire the right people, how to trust my team with the technical side of things, how to market beauty services I’d never personally performed, and how to build a brand people could trust.

In the beginning, it was a lot of trial and error. I dealt with staffing issues, growing pains, and moments where I seriously questioned if I made the right move. People assumed I wouldn’t last because I wasn’t a licensed esthetician or lash tech—and that made me feel like I constantly had to prove myself as a business owner. But I stayed focused. I leaned into what I do know—business strategy, branding, and leadership. I surrounded myself with talented professionals, and I built a culture that people wanted to be part of.

Every setback taught me something, and every challenge pushed me to level up. So no, it hasn’t been smooth—but it’s been worth every bump in the road.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m an investor and businesswoman who loves turning ideas into profitable brands. I specialize in taking something that doesn’t exist yet—or something that’s just an idea—and building it from the ground up. I’m most in my element when I’m creating the brand name, choosing the colors, designing the logo, building out the website, and developing a marketing strategy that makes people pay attention. That entire creative process lights me up.

I’m also a natural leader—God truly gave me that gift. I know how to get people excited about what I’m selling, and I know how to build teams that can run the day-to-day while I focus on scaling. Most of my businesses generate passive income because I structure them that way intentionally: build the brand, build the system, hire the right team, then move on to the next opportunity.

What sets me apart is my vision and my standard. I’m a perfectionist, which can be both a blessing and a challenge. It’s tough for me to delegate sometimes because I see the finished product so clearly in my head, and I expect that same level of excellence. But that’s also what makes my brands stand out—because I don’t cut corners, and I don’t settle.

I’m most proud of the fact that I created something out of nothing—and did it in an industry I had no background in. Pink Caviar Lash and Brow Spa is proof that with vision, strategy, and faith, you can break into any space and thrive. I’m building more than just businesses—I’m creating opportunities and legacies.

Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
