Today we’d like to introduce you to Henrietta Myrick.
Hi Henrietta, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’m 27 years old from Atlanta, GA. So about three years ago I decided to take the chance to become a social media influencer. I used to be insecure about myself due to me being a little person. I started seeing other little people express their selves in different ways! And I said, wow if they can do why can’t Henny? So I started to collab and reach out to other plus size brands for collaborations and other things of that nature. As I started to grow more social media influencers started reaching out, and I started growing bigger and bigger. One thing I can say is I’m thankful I got out of my shell because I see that I am different and different is cool! Different is great, and I thank my supporters for showing me that I’m unique in every way.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I can definitely say it’s been smooth but, of course you have haters and people who say rude things. I’ve dealt with that and ignored it because at the end of the day, I’m unique, and God made me this way for a reason. He makes everyone different! I’m so thankful it’s been smooth because I’ve had nothing but positive support always!

I’m a plus-size, fun-sized model! I specialize in modeling. I love to get in front of the camera and pose for a great selfie. I am proud of coming out of my shell because, I’ve had struggles in the past with insecurities but, I can definitely say modeling and having a strong support system has helped a lot! I’m different because I’m unique who’s met a fun-sized plus-size chocolate model before ?!!
What’s next?
In the next five years, I want to relocate to Houston, Texas. I’m looking to being a wife to my loving boyfriend and also a mother. I’m wanting to have children and experience motherhood. I also would like to be a known fashion model and work with more brands to promote body positivity from all shapes and sizes.
