Life & Work with Keeley And Tobias Cauble of Fayetteville

Today we’d like to introduce you to Keeley And Tobias Cauble.

Hi Keeley and Tobias, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Tobias and I have both worked in the customer service industry for over a decade. Shortly after getting married we had a conversation about wanting to start some kind of small business together and kept that desire in the backs of our minds. It had been a running joke that any new idea we had we’d say, “Ooh, that’ll be our business!”. Then in September of 2024, Tobias came across an Instagram account of a designer who builds beer tap trailers, and everything unfolded from there. Out of our customer service history, the majority has been serving tables and bartending. I am a very visually creative person and knew I could do well with the social media aspect of advertising, and Tobias is very business and logically oriented, so I knew we’d do well in putting this idea together.
After much thought and prayer, we took the plunge and bought a custom trailer in December, and received it in January of this year. We had our launch event in February and have since had the opportunity to partner with the Henry County Parks and Rec to host our first paid event.

Our mission is to ensure a quality experience for our clients every time. Whether it’s a back yard barbecue or a wedding, your party is incredibly important to us and we want to ensure that you feel cared for.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
One of the biggest challenges that we feel is hitting our clients with the ads they need at the right time to secure their business. We get a lot of hits and activity on our social media, but it’s hard to distinguish that folks might “like” the product we’re making, but they’re not ready for it personally. So staying patient as business ramps up has definitely been a challenge.
