✨ My Story – The Rise of a R3b3L ✨
From an early age, I was always drawn to creativity, self-expression, and the power of storytelling—whether through fashion, art, or performance. But my journey wasn’t always runway lights and applause. It started with a deep-rooted passion and a vision I refused to let go of, even in the face of adversity.
👠 The Beginning – Structurally Chaotic, Beautifully Rebellious 👠
My story didn’t begin on a runway—it began on skin and spirit.
Before I ever stitched a garment or built a brand, I told stories through body art—each piece of ink carved with meaning, emotion, and memory. These weren’t just tattoos; they were chapters of my life, etched in bold lines and vibrant colors. Every time I look at them, I get to relive moments of strength, vulnerability, power, and evolution. My body became a canvas of my truth—and the beginning of my artistry.
Although I was raised in a structured, values-driven home, there was always a storm of creativity inside me. I found a way to be “structurally chaotic”—respecting my foundation while refusing to fit neatly into any box. I never feared being different. I didn’t crave belonging—I craved authenticity.
From a young age, I understood that my path wouldn’t mirror anyone else’s. I wasn’t made to follow trends—I was made to set them. I learned early on how to walk boldly into any room and own my presence, even if I was the only one like me there. That confidence didn’t come from approval—it came from faith. Stepping out with no blueprint, just instinct and divine purpose.
While others tried to emulate what was popular, I turned inward. I let my chaos guide me. I let my imagination run wild. And from that fusion of structure and rebellion, I started to build something uniquely mine.
That was the birth of Get R3b3L Kouture—a brand born from soul, ink, and the audacity to be different.
💼 The Grind – From the Runway to Revolution 💼
Before I ever designed a single look, I walked the walk—literally. I spent 14 years as a model, grinding, growing, and absorbing every lesson the industry had to offer. It wasn’t just photo shoots and flashing lights—it was long nights, heavy critiques, and learning how to walk with power even when you were treated like you didn’t matter.
I didn’t come into modeling with a manual—I learned as I went, navigating castings, shows, and countless personalities. I witnessed the highs: the adrenaline of walking in front of a crowd, the thrill of transformation, and the sense of belonging to something creative. But I also saw the lows—the unprofessionalism, the disorganization, and the toxic ego trips that could taint even the most beautiful productions.
I saw models disrespected, overlooked, and undervalued. I witnessed creatives who didn’t respect the art, only the attention. And after a while, I started asking myself:
“Is this really the standard we’re supposed to accept?”
There had to be a better way—a way to build something rooted in professionalism, integrity, and true creative collaboration.
That’s when I knew:
⛓️ It was time to break the traditional mold.
Time to dismantle everything I had seen that didn’t serve us as artists—and build something that did.
So I stopped waiting for change.
I wanted to became the change.
I didn’t just want to model anymore—I wanted to create spaces where models felt empowered, designers felt seen, and the art of fashion could breathe freely without being boxed in by ego or outdated systems.
That’s when Get R3b3L Kouture became more than a brand—it became a movement.
A rebellion against the norms. A redefinition of what it means to show up authentically, boldly, and unapologetically in this industry.
Staying true to my vision: I have built a brand that represents the fearless, the different, the misunderstood—the R3b3Ls of the world.
🎭 Today — Standing in My Purpose 🎭
And now—here we are.
After years of walking the runway, absorbing every lesson, and building from the ground up, I’m standing in front of my very first production:
🔥 “Beyond the Darkness” Fashion Show – August 9, 2025 🔥
This isn’t just a show.
This is a manifestation of every late night, every “no” turned into a “watch me,” every moment I felt unseen but kept going anyway.
This production is the birth of a movement—an annual experience where fashion, art, identity, and bold authenticity collide.
Get R3b3L Kouture was built for the misfits, the dreamers, the edgy storytellers who never saw themselves reflected in traditional spaces. And now, we’re carving out a lane where they can be celebrated out loud.
This show is a reminder that you don’t have to wait for permission to create. You just need faith, grit, and the audacity to step into your own light—even if you have to walk through the darkness to get there.
📍August 9th is just the beginning.
Because after this? We keep going.
More productions. More collections. A stronger team. Bigger stages. A louder voice for those who’ve always been told to whisper.
And I’m building a blueprint for others like me who want to shake the table—not just sit at it.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Let me be real—it’s been anything but smooth.
When you’re walking a path that hasn’t been laid out for you, expect to trip, fall, and sometimes build the damn road yourself.
Coming from a structured home, I was expected to color inside the lines, but my soul was always in full brush strokes. That internal clash—between order and chaos, expectation and individuality—was one of my first challenges. I had to learn how to honor where I came from, while still choosing who I was becoming.
Then came the grind:
💥 14 years as a model—learning from the inside out.
I saw it all: the beauty and the exploitation. The glam and the grime.
I witnessed how disorganized and unprofessional things could be behind the scenes, especially for models of color or those who didn’t fit the industry’s mold. I remember thinking, “There has to be a better way.” And when I didn’t see one, I decided to create it.
Along the way, I’ve battled:
• Lack of resources
• People doubting my vision
• Doors closing simply because I wouldn’t conform
• And honestly, moments of burnout from doing it all alone
But what kept me going was knowing this wasn’t just about me. It was about every artist, model, and creative who needed a space where they could show up authentically, unapologetically, and boldly.
Every obstacle sharpened my edge.
Every delay prepared me for longevity.
Every “no” taught me how to build my own platform.
So no—this journey hasn’t been easy.
But it’s been worth every challenge.
Because Get R3b3L Kouture wasn’t made to play it safe.
We were made to change the game.

On one side, I’m the Founder and Creative Director of Get R3b3L Kouture, a fashion brand and movement built on boldness, originality, and unapologetic storytelling through wearable art. I specialize in conceptual runway fashion, including collections like:

💅🏽 I’m also a Licensed Nail Artist and Owner of R3b3llious Nails, where I take just as much pride in designing nails as I do garments. It’s another outlet where I get to express edge, elegance, and raw creativity—one hand at a time. Whether it’s a minimalist chic or a maximalist masterpiece, every set I do tells a story. My clients don’t just walk away with nails—they walk away with a confidence boost and a custom piece of art on their fingertips.
But I don’t just create for myself—I build brands for others too. As a Brand Development Specialist, I help small businesses grow by:

In a world full of noise, filters, and unrealistic expectations, I’ve learned that being true to who you are is your greatest power. From a young age, I’ve stood out—not because I was trying to, but because I never felt the need to conform. I found my voice in creative expression, and I’ve been using it ever since—whether through bold runway pieces, unapologetic storytelling, or helping others bring their own brands to life.
Authenticity matters because it’s what connects us. It’s what makes art real, relationships honest, and businesses impactful. You can’t inspire anyone by being a copy of someone else.
But none of it means anything without family. My family is my anchor, my motivation, and my “why.” Every late night, every bold move, every risk I’ve taken—I’ve done it with them in mind. I want my children to see that you can build your own table, that your dreams are valid, and that your voice matters. They keep me grounded and inspired to keep pushing, even when the road gets hard.
And above all, God.
Everything I’ve accomplished, every door that’s opened, every obstacle I’ve overcome—it’s all by His grace. God is the foundation of it all. He gave me this vision, the courage to walk in it, and the strength to keep going even when it felt impossible. Without Him, none of this would exist. I move with faith, not fear, and I trust that every step is ordered, even when I can’t see the full path.
So I’ve made it my mission to show up fully, create without fear, and open doors for others to do the same. That’s what drives me. That’s what keeps me grounded. That’s what keeps the R3b3L in me alive. 🔥
