Hi Mutha, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
GOD creates each and every one of us with a special purpose. I have been through so much. When I created “The Mutha Earth Show,” it allowed me to speak my truth on things I truly experienced whether it was good or bad. It was a true healing for me to reach people whether you are a celebrity or not I allowed anyone who needed a release and had a story to share to the world. I believe when GOD gives you a voice to speak and when he calls you home one day, the words you speak out to the universe will always be healing roots for the next generations to come. The way this world is going we all need a word of encouragement from the spirit that can help guide and grow beautiful flowers again from damaged roots…
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No this has not been an easy road. To losing everything including my radio show at one point, but keeping faith that it’s a bigger purpose behind my health, behind me losing so-called friends, failed relationships, behind me fighting for my life in a hospital bed, on bending knees me on my knees crying and praying asking GOD for a miracle, wanting to be the best woman and mother I can be for my son… To me being blessed for having my parents sister and brother still in my life… Realizing all along GOD is humbling you and reminding you it’s him that Is keeping us. Not your looks, not your gifts, not your money or material things it’s GOD… He gives us these things; we can either use it for good or evil. I choose to use mine for good to uplift and inspire… We all need love and encouragement not another show that’s going to tear down my sisters and brothers of all races and backgrounds that’s what “The Mutha Earth Show” is all about.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Being a motivational Speaker and celebrity host”The Mutha Earth Show” is all about spreading love and positivity. My motto is be who you are and walk in your truth. I’m most proud that I was able to beat the odds, being a single mother, graduating college with honors, and to get a degree in Audio Engineering, to one day be able to produce music and write films. GOD showed me all I needed was him, there was no one in my corner saying I will help you to get a guest, yet along celebrity guest, I literally prayed and went for it… I know it sounds to good to be true, but I have crazy faith even when it seems impossible I know and believe GOD still makes a way… Most people when they see me it’s my spirit first that connects to any soul, I mean well for everyone I meet and I know that’s why GOD has allowed me to make it this far… Because it’s my spirit, my bubbly personality, and heart filled with love has taken me places and will even take me to even more places… Right now I stay praying asking GOD to give me a dedicated team that truly believes in my vision, I’m always open to collaborate with anyone that is all about helping uplifting our world to make it a more beautiful place…
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
That I love to write stories and poetry.. but not just any poetry. Poetry that turns into movies I have scripts written, I have a huge passion to be behind the scenes producing, writing, and editing… I also can act. But writing, producing, and directing are my major passions. That’s why I got a degree in Audio Engineering it taught me so much in the film as well. I absolutely deeply love it…
