Today we’d like to introduce you to Quania Love Jones.

Hi Quania, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started in the performing arts sector when I was really young. I studied theater arts, participated in choir, was a model, and a part of advanced dance programs. My main introduction to social media was MySpace. That was the first time I realized that the system was somewhat similar to high school in a way. People would follow who they want to follow, even if they didn’t know one another. I thought it was dope and realized I had a different stage and audience. I began sharing my editorial-style content and behind-the-scenes experiences.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There are many challenges in this form of work. One of the biggest ones would be keeping your audience, staying relevant, and not losing yourself in the process. It’s so important to have a good support system around you. It is way to easy to lose yourself.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m an influencer, content creator, and writer. I specialize in Fashion, Travel, and lifestyle within the luxury niche. I am known for creating fashion-forward content of my daily life. That includes foodie adventures, hotel stays, and fun or unique experiences. I am most proud of where I am in my career and not ignoring my journey. It has been such an interesting process and I’ve learned so much. What sets me apart is my genuine approach, my love for the arts, and my non-competitive nature. I feel like there is enough room for everyone.

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
Yes, Fohr has been a good tool, I also like to continue educating myself and staying in the know. The Calm app is also good for chaotic days & self-care. The Bible is extremely helpful, there is insight for all situations.
