Today we’d like to introduce you to Rodney Senior.
Hi Rodney, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m a musician from Birmingham Alabama. I started doing music around the age of 14 in a local studio owned by my cousin owner of legal hustle. I was goin by the stage name Rod J but I stopped for a min and got back to it when I turned 19 goin by the name King Senior.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nah it hasn’t been so smooth it got bumpy when I went into a coma after a bad asthma attack in 2018 I had to rehabilitate to get to where I am now but I didn’t let it stop me I continued to grind.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I make music for all types of people and I’m known for my creative sound and the songs I did with plenty of artists such as Sb Skooly from rich kids the game. I’m proud of how I will never give up on my dreams.
