Life & Work with Tee Marie

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tee Marie.

Hi Tee, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started my journey as an author in 2018. After writing my first book, it reignited a spark in me that I thought was lost. Writing! I missed writing so much that I started ghostwriting for others. I began writing blogs, then email marketing campaigns, a novel and most recently a Stage Play.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has not been smooth at all. I started this journey when my oldest child was 11 and now she is 17 getting ready to graduate from high school! My husband has gone back to graduate school and I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis along the way. My two other children have also had their fair share of milestones as well. However, we all survived COVID and that cannot be said for everyone that we know. Despite the obstacles that come with everyday life I wouldn’t change anything about the journey. With pain comes strength and I have become extremely strong over the past 6 years!

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Writing is my biggest passion and on most days I am able to write as a part of my daily tasks. I have also built a few websites over the years and the joy that my clients share with me after making their vision come to life is priceless. What sets me apart from others is my passion for what I do and my loyalty to my clients. I am committed to making sure that we communicate efficiently with clarity to complete the task at hand. I pay attention to detail and take extreme pride in all that I do.

What matters most to you?
My family matters most to me. Without family nothing else that I accomplish matters. No matter how much success a person achieves it means nothing without having someone to share your life with. As a mother of two daughters and one son, it is important to me that I set a good example of what a woman should be. I only hope as they get older that they understand my reasons for everything that I have done.
