Today we’d like to introduce you to Tracy Smalls.

Hi Tracy, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started this journey by waking up daily and operating naturally in the person who I was called to be authentically by God. I have the gift of exhortation and the ability to see the good in every situation that has landed directly into my mere existence. The journey of entrepreneurship is literally a part of my biological DNA. The beginning has had a lot of trails, hiccups; however, I remain consistent.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Boy, has it been a smooth road? Absolutely not. The struggles have been uncertainty and not knowing exactly how I was going to achieve my ultimate heart’s endeavors. I truly believe and operate in the mindset of it takes a village, a tribe to assist with getting to my next level in business; however, it has been somewhat of a bumpy road obtaining and solidifying that support. Often times fear was my biggest obstacle as well and not allowing myself to release being afraid and embrace technology to help me along my journey.

I am a Freedom & Mindset Coach for single women 30 years and older, along with an International Inspirational Speaker. As I continue to evolve as a Coach, I teach women how to live their lives freely and on purpose by changing the way that they think mentally so they can Get Free! Be Free! And Stay Free! I transform lives by sharing my intriguing, compelling story of how I remain optimistic even in the midst of my most difficult challenging moments with being a thriver of abnormal, radical cells growth which others refer to as Cancer, ( Breast and Liposarcoma)along with being a thriver of Domestic Violence. My specialty is allowing women to know being free is their personal birthright and to operate in it boldly and courageously. I am known to be the lady who is so free spirited, that has great energy while operating on a high vibration, along with the lady who is so inspiring, and encouraging. I am proud of the fact that I am making a big difference in the lives of others, along with the fact of being proud to operate in my own autonomy, my own truth boldly. Well, to be honest, I truly don’t prefer to be set apart from others, I literally just show up and be me; however, if I must say, it would be the fact that I am so free spirited and unbothered, I operate in releasing myself from thinking there is a life normalcy, I create my own and live in it at my own free will.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
The quality and characteristics most important to my success is being true to myself, the ability to operate in a space of being nonjudgmental, I have a true genuine heart for helping others. I am a people person and relatable. I am caring. My determination, tenacity has my name written all over it
