Life & Work with Zeeda Brat

Today we’d like to introduce you to Zeeda Brat.

Zeeda Brat

Hi Zeeda, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had a camera in my hand, trying to show the world my new creation. I’m big on learning new things. Once I feel as if I’ve mastered my new craft, I love to try to show people how to do what I’ve just did. I love the idea of helping someone somewhere learn a new craft. So that brings me to today; my content shows me my workout videos, helping people get motivated to lose weight and become the healthier version of themselves.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The content-creating world has its high highs and some low lows. On this road to finding my ‘niche,’ I’ve struggled with a lot of consistency and accountability. Dealing with the outside world and still trying to find myself through my contacts. I faced and overcame a lot of emotional Hills. Some of the struggles along the way were mental, not as much physical. “Comparison is the thief of joy,” I would always tell myself. The pressure of trying to fit in a box or in content speaks to my ‘niche.’ Wasn’t always the easiest for me, considering that not only do I do fitness Content I also do my own hair, fashion, and Vlogs. Holding myself accountable is one of the biggest things I had to learn to do in order to find success in my career. Discipline is something that came along with consistency, without consistency no results. No discipline, you won’t have any consistency. All of this goes hand-in-hand, so I guess it’s safe to say without the struggle, you just won’t see the way.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am ZeeDaBrat. I am a fitness influencer, hair influencer Vlogger. I specialize in finding new ways to feel beautiful and self-love. Rather, it being different ways to show self-care through fitness and nutrition, personal style, your everyday hairstyles. I’m most proud of my weight loss journey thus far. I’m proud of how people come up to me in my personal life and asked me how I’ve done it, they ask for my advice. I love the fact that I give people hope that they can transform their life as well, simply because they know someone personally that has achieve this goal. What sent me a parts from others I am willing to give advice for free. I’m not in it for the money. I’m in it simply just to help someone. People already have hardship, so if I can someway somehow leave a positive mark on someone, that would mean the world to me.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory is being able to draw on my walls, run around outside to be free and creative. My mother always allowed me just to be ME. Growing up in the colorful world of Miami, being surrounded by water and beautiful culture, is all little artists need.
