Meet Airel Frazier

Today we’d like to introduce you to Airel Frazier.

Hi Airel, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I am the owner of The Bundle Effect, where we sell high-quality hair extensions and offer hair services for an affordable price! I am currently a 22-year-old college student in Atlanta, Ga. I started my first hair business 4-6 years ago in high school and called it “The Hair Affair”. “Have an affair with your new hair” was the saying. I had to put the business aside because I was in school, cheerleading, worked two jobs and was applying for colleges. I rebranded two years ago and renamed it “The Bundle Effect”. I am majoring in marketing, got my LLC, business license, website, logo and more. I had everything together. With a business comes struggles, sacrifices obstacles, surprises, accomplishments and memories. I will not give up. I love to do hair because the transformation is worth the wait. I can create this transformation with just my hands.

To show everyone that it doesn’t matter about the length of your hair, you are beautiful the way you are. Don’t let them get confused. That doesn’t mean you can’t walk down the street and get some long, short hair or a new style IF YOU WANT. Show the world you can rock any look.

So, I have to start somewhere, I am putting my all into this! I truly believe in my dreams and hope you do too. If you don’t just yet, give me the chance to show you.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it hasn’t. I’ve been very stressed. Without family and friends motivating me to keep going, I don’t know how I would. Some struggles were people trying to take advantage of me, telling me last-minute information, trying to ruin my business, only supporting when you are offering for free and more.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialize in hair art, hair extensions, & installs. I am known for free installments with purchase & trying out of the box ideas. I love my brand because I believe it’s different from any other. We are highly favored in affordable prices and trying to make sure the customer leaves with the highest satisfaction. I sell and also do hair. (frontal wigs, traditional sew-in, braids, quick weaves, and more) I also host events so young entrepreneurs can come together, network and expand their businesses.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Communication, determination, understanding, adapting, elevating and never waiting on someone to see your worth before you see your own.
