Today we’d like to introduce you to Aisha White.

Aisha White

Hi Aisha, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Heyyy ya’ll! My name is Aisha White , and I come from the wonderful city of Philadelphia. I moved to Atlanta for all of the wonderful opportunities and the amazing energy! Ever since I was a child, I’ve always had big dreams of becoming an actress or just being on television. Actually, I wanted to be the next Oprah. I went to college (Delaware State University & West Chester University) to become a news anchor, but I got bitten by the “acting bug”and I’ve been chasing my dream ever since! The magic of the ability to captivate an audience with storytelling has always fascinated me. With every performance I watched or participated in, my desire to pursue acting grew stronger. One day, I hope to leave a lasting impact on the world of entertainment, bringing stories to life and touching the hearts of audiences everywhere.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?Acting hasn’t been a smooth road at all. There have been really hard days. There has been a lot of blood, sweat, and tears…so many no’s along this journey. It’s been hard to remain confident, sometimes I’ve questioned if I’m even doing the right thing. I also face financial struggles. It’s a challenging reality to not know when my next job will come, but it fuels my determination and passion to persevere. With each audition and opportunity, I embrace the uncertainty, knowing that every setback is an opportunity for growth. And that’s when my Faith comes in. God has always had my back. I am persistent, faithful and I know what God has done and will continue to do for me. I’m so grateful, I also have a great circle of friends, family, and other actors around me that are positive, motivating, and supportive. They keep me going! I am just enjoying the journey!

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m an actress, film and television is what I enjoy most. I’ve had a lot of success with booking print/commercial jobs. Lately, I am most known for my character on the #1 skit series in the world…the Kountry Wayne skits, Work Bae and Work Bae 2. I am most proud of the way that I have grown as an actress. I know how far I’ve come. There is always room for growth, and I’m so excited to learn more. What sets me apart from others is my genuine desire to help others. I’m always putting a good word in for someone or pulling someone in on a project. I love when everyone around me wins.

What matters most to you?
Happiness matters most to me because it brings a sense of fulfillment, contentment, and overall well-being to my life. I am the happiest when I’m great and those around me are great. That’s a blessing to me.
