Hi Aleisha, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Owner and founder of “Queen Le Beauty”. I am a Certified Makeup Artist located in Austell, GA. I also sell luxury lashes and beauty cosmetics. I’m a Beauty Influencer of my own brand with hopes to one day advertise other amazing brands such as MAC, NYX, Fenty Beauty, and PLouise. I love what I do! I started my journey as a makeup artist when I was a young girl maybe 16-17 years old. I learned so many skills just by being creative and expressive with my own makeup. I went from self-expression to wanting to teach other woman how to do creative makeup as well.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Things have been quite expensive but definitely all worth it! Starting a business can be really challenging. Where to start, how much products do I invest in, how do I advertise, or even building your customer base. For me, Communication is key, I love networking and Pop Up Shop events. You have to be willing to put yourself out there and represent your brand. Show people what makes your brand different and why they should support and pay for your services. Making them feel comfortable, important and beautiful. Remember the experience and quality of your work is what brings them back.

Queen Le Beauty is a brand that represents individuality, self-expression and confidence. I love my clients to feel and look amazing after every service. What sets my business apart from other makeup artists is my ladies can also purchase items to take home with them & do it yourself tips to work on in the comfort of your home. Queen Le Beauty is known for my Bold, Colorful, Creative and Expressive looks, I’m mostly proud of myself for just starting somewhere and never wanting to give up, I’m so grateful for my customers.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
I always say happiness is a choice. Each day we wake up is a blessing. Appreciate the now and keep moving forward. Never give up on yourself, the key is to stay consistent. My customers make me happy, supporters, my growth, and people that also inspire me and challenge my abilities, family and friends. For this reason, I choose to be happy, grateful and stay motivated.
