Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexia Hunt.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My passion for photography has grown since I was in middle school and has been an outlet for me to let out my creative side. Apart from that, I pursued my other passion of helping others through medicine. I am now applying to pursue my PhD and cannot wait to keep expanding my knowledge in both photography as well as the sciences.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Working full-time, buying my first home, doing renovations, while obtaining my master’s degree has been difficult to juggle but my husband has always been by my side for support.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I try to reach out and educate others about knowledge I have gained in the scientific world. I have always been super patient-focused and thoroughly enjoy learning new things when it comes to technology and innovation. Being able to educate others is very rewarding and an honor when others want to listen.
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Definitely never feel like you cannot ask for help, everyone needs help every once in a while and ALWAYS ask questions.
