Today we’d like to introduce you to Alice Rose.
Hi Alice, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was asked to help out as a model for hobby photographers. Then attention grew and I needed to open my business in 2015. Since then, I worked for Shiseido, Volkswagen and many other companies. Due to corona, I took a break and used this time to think about life and how I should move forward.
End of 2022, I might continue to work as a model.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I was often asked to do lingerie or nude shootings, but I only give this opportunity to company shoots. One of my first casual meetings with photographers and models in my area was shocking as a famous (nude) photographer told me “if you do not make lingerie at least, you won‘t be successful as a model.”
Somehow this is true, somehow not.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Elegance, sensuality and maybe a hint of erotic. Those terms are mostly describing my way of posing and expression.
I work a lot with my husband who is a famous Frankfurt photographer. He often shoots my ideas to create example pictures, so I can show them to others and get bookings.
Being not too naked but attracting photographers is hard sometimes, but many people enjoy my non nude content/work or respect it.
Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Traveling with my father, for example to Turkey and listening to a baby pink tape of Cat Steven’s greatest hits. I was about 8 or 9 and had unbelievable sweet hot apple tea every day.
