Today we’d like to introduce you to Alicia Rudrow and Lamonica Simmons.
Alicia and Lamonica are two sisters that were born in savannah, GA but raised in Atlanta, GA. They went to school for Dental and received their EFDA certifications aside with a host of other qualifications & degrees while attending college. They became passionate and focused on meeting and exceeding all patient expectations. Most importantly, their love for seeing people smile became their biggest motivation. Alicia and Lamonica became very involved with their old neighbor hosting seminars on how to brush properly, oral care tips & even given back small tooth care kits. Alicia and Lamonica worked over a decade with some of the best orthodontist/dentist in GA. In 2018 Alicia and Lamonica decided to step out on faith and open their very own dental spa. Leaving what they knew all of their career life (corporate dental offices) Today, Alicia and Lamonica are the owners of Smile Like A Boss, LLC. Where they are continuing to discover more ways to brighten & improve the smile of others joyfully. During this time, Alicia and Lamonica have manufactured their very own “BALLER BRUSH” the baller brush is an electronic toothbrush with five different settings that specializes in all types of teeth such as deep sanitation, whitenings, Veneer’s, periodontal/gum care & braces. The baller brush did exceptional well which encouraged Alicia and Lamonica to add on to the inventory.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Smile like a boss originally started with three motivated and driven partners that all were in the field of dental. Months before the founding of our office building, we decided to part ways with one of our business partners. Due to lack of interest and ambition. To this day, we feel like we’ve made the best decision for our business.
Also, Parting ways with our employer/corporate life, we had a lot of negative backlash and even had the state board called causing unexpected visits and pop-ups. A doctor we worked long and hard for wanted to see us with nothing

Alicia and Lamonica offer teeth whitening, tooth gems, dental bonding, & retainers. If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Our proudest moment was our one year anniversary (October) Still standing after one year in profit and not debt. Beating the odds and obstacles that were set forth against us. Overcoming what we thought was impossible and making it possible on our own & lastly this very opportunity that was given by you guys.
