Hi Alyse, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I have been a licensed Realtor and Associate Broker in the Metro Atlanta area since 2015. I was catipulted into this career after purchasing my first home in 2013 where my then real estate agent didn’t answer my questions and didn’t even show up to my closing. She was a first time agent so I will give her grace, but after that experience, I knew that I didn’t want any other first time homebuyers to experience what I experienced. I am happy to serve the metro Atlanta community and show up happily for my clients!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been smooth at all, being a full-time agent is challenging, yet rewarding. Dealing with the various market changes and conditions is not easy but my passion far outweighs any obstacles. My eyes stay on the prize, which is helping first-time homebuyers and first-time investors achieve their goals! Their wins are my wins!
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Although there are thousands of agents in the Metro Atlanta area, my offering is unique in that I always set my clients up to purchase with the mindset of becoming an investor afterward. Many of my clients leverage their 1st homes to purchase additional investment properties in a few years, and in most cases, within the same year. I specialize in flipping, leasing and Section 8 properties. I have contacts who specialize in creative financing so when a traditional bank denies my client, I swoop right in to find alternative solutions. My clients appreciate that I always find multiple exit strategies for their investments just incase they need to dissolve for any reason!
