Mrs. Harvey was born in California but reared in Georgia after her father retired from the United States Air Force. In 2016, Alysha married her husband, JaMel Harvey after meeting him while earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting at Savannah State University. In 2014, Alysha earned her Master of Accountancy degree from Kennesaw State University. After graduating college, she worked for various Certified Public Accountant firms and Fortune 500 Companies.
She is the only black woman Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent in Morrow, GA. Mrs. Harvey demystifies the intimidating world of business and taxes with skilled and practical guidance.
Due to Alysha Harvey’s expertise, she has assisted hundreds of business owners stabilize their business foundation, clear business debt, and scale their company from double-digit thousands to millions of dollars in gross revenue. The strategies she has are proven to work for majority of business owners who are willing and open to new strategies that are not easily found in a book or google.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Since my parents taught me about being diligent and remaining with a positive point of view, I can always accomplish my vision. I also learned to treat everyone with respect no matter where they came from or what financial class they come from.
Just because someone looks like they may have it all or as if everything is alright because we never know their story. Over the years I have been able to overcome many setbacks due to consistency, diligence, and continuing the provide amazing service. I’ve learned that I cannot be a one-woman shop and try to do everything myself.
