Hi Amanda, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello, I am the Co-Owner of Golden Lavish, a natural beauty line. Growing up we were raised in Christian households. Our mothers would quote Genesis 1:27: “so God created man in his image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them” every time we challenged our appearance. Of course, we got tired of hearing this response, but as we became older, the scripture began to resonate within our hearts and helped build our self-confidence. After noticing how many people, including us, struggled with self-confidence, we decided to create a brand that would bring inner and outer joy to all. We strategically made our packaging and products to put a smile on every face that sees it automatically. In addition, one of the Co-owners of Golden Lavish was diagnosed with an idiopathic condition that her physician stated may have resulted from an ointment prescribed for a breakout, our family decided to create organic products that are magical on the skin. That has proven to improve the skin quickly drastically. Because of these two factors, we made a commitment that none of our products would originate in a laboratory or chemical facility; instead, they must all start in sustainably sourced gardens and cruelty-free orchards.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Our journey has been a blessing filled with numerous testimonies, but the greatest of all is that our products have changed so many people’s lives. Some people testify that our products have helped them clear a skin condition that dermatological medication could not treat. Others say our products have helped them heal from sunburns, scarring, acne breakouts, and even rejuvenate their glow. In the beginning, one of our major hurdles was that we had an ample amount of great formulas, but we were unsure of which formula we wanted to use.

As you know, we’re big fans of Golden Lavish. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Our company aims to bolster self-confidence amongst women and men around the world through healthier and more radiant skin. Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
The journey of entrepreneurship encompasses many trials, but through prayer, hard work, determination, and faith, you will prevail. Also, entrepreneurship requires you to build your business around passion and genuine love for your brand. Once you couple your love and passion with your vision, you will be steadfast in achieving your goal.
