André, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
It has been a leap of faith. Honestly, that is how all GREAT things started. A plan and a big leap of faith. In a nutshell, I started my professional photography service here in Atlanta a little over 7 years ago. Through persistence and determination my photography business has evolved to the success that it is today. Is this the prime height? By far, no. [Constant Growth: the Journey and the joy within].
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
End of the day/nutshell type of answer: “Well, yes it has been a breeze”. Lol! Sometimes I personally feel like I’m not working hard enough actually believe it or not. Lots of my amazing clients come through referrals/word of mouth. Still so much more I want to do and accomplish with my craft of photography; understood that time IS the Journey so I exist with that fact. Struggles you ask? Eeehhh, no struggles. I’m pretty self-disciplined when it comes to self-discipline tbh. Maybe that’s just it in itself though…Always on my own back. Always striving for self-growth and better development of self.
Please tell us about SHOTS Atlanta.
I am a natural light photographer. SO yes, 90% of my photography work is shot using the light of the Sun, the other 10% of course is simply in addition a strobe flash. I love what I do as I have been around photography all my life by way of my Grandfather. The most thing that I am proud of as an individual business owner is that I have been consistent with thy craft and have evolved with the passion of it all.
You ask what set SHOTS Atlanta apart from all the others? Well, there was only two eyes crafted like these…and I possess them two.
