Today we’d like to introduce you to Antoine Morgan.
Antoine, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
In 2014, I came to Atlanta Georgia to participate in the NFL Regional Combines. Once here, I got a feel for the city and the opportunities that were here and decided to move to the area in 2015 to continue pursuing my football career.
During that time, I sustained a career-ending ankle injury. While attempting to rehab my ankle and searching for a new direction for my life. My girlfriend advised me that I have a lot of natural talent that would be great for television. I began to take acting classes and was picked up for numerous roles in films and television shows. When my acting career began to slow down, I decided to no longer wait for Hollywood to cast me; and began creating my own content.
I started Brother Films and quickly became and internet sensation, hitting millions of views from my comedy skits on social media. Not to long after starting my acting career, I fell in love with the industry and began to see my talent grow. I started turning my comedy skits into short films. Since the beginning, every film I created has hit a major platform.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has not been a smooth road. The struggle for me was not getting called back for castings. I found that I was not getting castings due to my height. Also trying to create a team that sees my vision and believes in it as much as I do.

My company is Brother Films. We specialize in movies and commercials. We bring people’s visions to life. I am most proud that my company has been successful from the beginning. Every film we have created has made it to a major platform for millions of people to see our work. What separates my company from the rest in the Atlanta area is that we create diverse films and with a lot of companies, you know what you’re going to get out of their project but with Brother Films you can never predict what’s coming next.
What were you like growing up?
I grew up in the East Side of Pittsburgh Pa in an underprivileged neighborhood. I grew up around a lot of guns and violence. Growing up my interest was sports and street life.
