She is the President and Founder of the Teach Me How to Date VIP Academy, The Feminine CEO, and Asset Women Unlimited, LLC. As a femininity educator, dating coach, international speaker, and television and social media personality, it’s April’s purpose and passion to help women identify who they are at their core, successfully transition back into the dating arena, gain emotional renewal, and tap into their creativity to create wealth and spiritual transformation.
After going through her journey of self-discovery, she is compelled to share with women how they can redesign their life by embracing their womanhood and femininity and letting go of the strong independent woman mantra. April’s caring, down-to-earth, fun, energetic, and witty personality; coupled with her wisdom and ability to help others achieve amazing results, is what makes her infectious to her audience. April is a mom of three adult children in which two are married, and a grandmother of five. She is a California native who currently resides in the Metro Atlanta Area.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
When change is required, it’s never a smooth road. The biggest challenge was choosing to accept that I was not living as my best self. Once you accept that, you can no longer complain about the results that you’re receiving. You can no longer blame others for what you allow. Results are a direct effect of your beliefs. When you understand that, you start to evaluate what you believe.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the April Mason Enterprises story. Tell us more about the business.
I am a Dating Coach and Feminine Lifestyle Strategist. In 2011, I started by offering my small social media audience advice and a different perspective on dating. Since then, my audience has grown to over 300k, millions of views, and affectionately called “Auntie.”
Although we have several divisions in our company, our flagship service is the Teach Me How to Date VIP Academy. The Teach Me How to Date VIP Academy, is a fun, engaging, educational, and entertaining community that provides single ladies with the tools to date like high valued feminine Asset Women.
What sets us apart is we show women how to attract and date from their feminine core. We are not into the superficial dating advice, strategies, or the promotion of the strong independent woman I don’t need a man mantra. We believe the words you use and the beliefs you have are powerful. We encourage our ladies to replace strong with resilient, independent with interdependence, and self-sufficient.
What I am most proud of is not only the abundance of successful marriages, engagement, and relationships that have been cultivated through our academy but also the standard and value for themselves that our ladies have.
They now understand that their value and worth does not come from how educated they are, how many degrees they have or don’t have, their credit score, how many houses and cars they own, how great they are in bed or what they look like. Seeing them not just dress feminine, but embody their femininity is a beautiful thing. It’s a lifestyle.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I don’t believe in luck as much as I believe in choice. Everything we do in life is a choice, and choices are made based upon our beliefs. Be it good or bad. Now, have I made some bad choices? Absolutely! However, the more I got in tune, aware, and honest with myself, the better choices I started to make.
