Arpan, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started doing business in 2012 as a Novelty seller, I found more success and step forward towards selling electronic cigarette on eBay. As I became more successful as an eBay seller, I wanted to reach more customers through the United States, the only that was possible is if I create a website.
I did not know a word about the website, but I knew success can be achieved through online. I started looking for a website developer. To save money I started looking developers in my native country, but the biggest hurdle was I did not know which developer was good enough to fulfill my requirements.
After a long time and money down the drain, I found my business partner to help me achieve success online. He has not only helped me develop the website but grow the business as well.
After finding success my partner came with an idea to sell shipment through website, even that website became successful, today it been year since we are running the site.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
To first start a business it’s never smooth road, of course, every business one starts, will face challenges. One of the biggest challenges that I faced was a lack of knowledge. After completing one year in extraship.com we are still facing issues to bring customers.
Even being cheapest on the market, it is still challenging to bring customers to our websites. We are sure if customer comes to our website for sending package, he will not even try for courier store or any other website.

Our company started a year ago with one goal in mind to sell the cheapest shipment possible on the market. We are known for cheapest UPS, USPS, FedEx rates in the market.
The foremost thing that I am proud of is that I am giving the best customer service possible, my customers are like a god to me. I want to make sure that I keep them happy at all times.
Success means customer satisfaction. If customer is satisfied, by itself it will grow our brand.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Any business I have done has thought me something in my personal life as well as professional life. Yes, there are a lot of things I would change about how we do business, but one thing I would not change is how I treat my customers.
One of the biggest things I would change is to be more innovative on customer satisfaction. If I can maintain that throughout my professional life I don’t think I would face any major challenges.
