Hi Ashanda, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
During the Covid Pandemic, a period of social distancing causing individuals to stay inside and in closed in environments. We were all forced to be inside. As an essential worker, I witnessed first hand how the pandemic induced stress with little social interaction almost family and friends. I wanted to see people together again, enjoying life while being safe. My passion for decorating caused me to start Fabuluxe Picnics ATL. This allowed me to create unforgettable memories for individuals and their loved ones. At Fabuluxe Picnics ATL, we curate experiences for birthdays, anniversaries, showers and more. Rather you want to gather with your girlfriends or have a date night. We provide all things luxury from beautiful tablescapes designs to make your experience fabulous. Clients are able to pick an indoor or outdoor location (mostly parks or residential backyards) for their experience, show up and enjoy your experience. We are responsible for set up and breakdown. I enjoy seeing people happy, gathering with good energy and conservations. It is really mentally rewarding based on all we are faced with in life even after the pandemic. Fabuluxe Picnics ATL serves the Atlanta and surrounding areas.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Just like any new business, there is always room for growth and improvement. However, marketing is challenging considering that a luxury picnic business is a new form of event planning that people have not heard of before or seen. As a picnicpreneur, you have to know the park rules and regulations especially in the city of Atlanta when hosting a picnic at one of the local parks which included learning the permitting process. This also applies to other local parks in the surrounding areas.

I am the CEO and Owner of Hands On Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic located in College Park, Georgia for over 16 years. I have another location located in Macon, Georgia. I am a Doctor of Chiropractic that specializes in treating individuals who have been involved in auto accidents. I have good bed side manner, as an older wise person would say. I provide individualized care to each one of my patients after experiencing something traumatic like an automobile accident. Assisting them with pre-injury recovery is what I am most proud of. My patients are like family to me. Readers should know that I have experience in my field where I have invested my time and energy in providing optimal care to those whose lives have been altered because of an auto injury.

Always invest in yourself. Take to time to engulf yourself in making your vision come to life.
