Meet Ashley Beasley and Victoria Ciresi of Burn Boot Camp in Johns Creek

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Beasley and Victoria Ciresi.

Ashley and Victoria, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Ashley and I met at Burn Boot Camp headquarters in Huntersville, NC in 2015. We both share a love and passion for people, our families and fitness! Ashley is a mother of two children and I am a mother of three children and because Burn Boot Camp offers complimentary childcare, working out together was fun and easy! When the opportunity to become a franchise partner opened up, we both decided to team up and take our passion to the next level. Ashley is an integral part of the headquarters team as a certified personal trainer and I have a background in Human Resources. We both balance all sides of the business. Our husbands are amazing supports to us and we are so appreciative of the amazing community that we have found at Burn! We are so excited about opening our Burn in Johns Creek in April. – Victoria

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We have this saying that God is greater than our highs and lows because if we keep Him at the center of our business, we know we will be OK! Some days are difficult, but this adventure of helping people transform their lives and take a journey toward a healthy lifestyle is worth it!!!

Please tell us about Burn Boot Camp – Johns Creek, GA.
We are a fitness facility focusing predominantly on women. What makes us special is a five pillar philosophy that allows clients to find more than a fitness facility, they find a community like no other and are successful in achieving their fitness goals because of it. We focus on these items:
1. Mindset – positive mindset whenever you are in the gym.
2. Nutrition – whole food nutrition with an emphasis on eating clean.
3. Burst Training – Burn style, HIIT training.
4. Strength and Conditioning – we focus on both strength training as well as conditioning to keep your body burning calories well after you left the facility.
5. Community – when you walk into Burn, you are welcomed and high-fived. We cater to all fitness levels and can modify anyway needed. We also emphasize giving back to our community!

Offering 45 minutes, intense workouts Monday through Saturday. Complimentary childcare from 7:30 am through 7:30 pm, Mon-Friday. One on one focus appointments with your trainer. A community like no other where strong women embrace, encourage, and empower each other!

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Ashley – feeding a litter of black lab puppies with her mom at the lake!

Victoria – one of nine children, I loved doing anything as a family unit! Thanksgiving was always special, sitting around one big table with all of us present and football on!
